• RNA Whole Transcriptome Package (mouse or human): $2,500 per slide for reagents + $250 for labor per slide + $500 machine per slide for machine use (UCSD price*)

  • Pricing includes all the reagents for everything, starting from slide preparation to library preparation

  • Labor price includes time spent preparing slides for GeoMx, remote aid during ROI selection, library prep

    1. Does not include cutting tissue

  • No limit on how many samples you can fit on a slide (price doesn’t change with the number of samples!)

  • Up to 95 ROIs per 2 slides

  • The only thing you need to provide are your samples and expertise while selecting ROIs

  • Available for self-service with training

    1. Requires the user to supply the reagents and pay the machine use per slide
