Illumina NextSeq 2000 sequencer

Illumina NextSeq 2000 sequencer is offered for assisted self-service. You can provide a library pool and a flow cell kit. Alternatively, you can order a flow cell kit via the core. Three output sizes are available: P1, P2, and P3 producing 100 million, 400 million, or 1 billion reads (or read pairs) per run respectively. P1 is available only as a 300-cycle kit. P2 and P3 are available as 100, 200, or 300-cycle kits. Select the flow cell you will use when booking a time on the NextSeq 2000.

The Zeiss LSM 780 is a multi-purpose, visible light confocal laser scanning microscope. It is equipped with a 34 channel spectral array with laser lines at 405nm, 458nm, 488nm, 514nm, 561nm, 594nm and 633nm.The microscope is inverted and is outfitted with a full incubation chamber for regulating temperature and CO² for live cell imaging. The microscope also has a motorized stage and software for tile imaging which allows extremely high resolution files from large fields of view.

Assisted use of GeoMx DSP NanoString is offered.
