Single cell analysis

10x Genomics Chromium X for single-cell whole genome analysis

Bulk and single-cell library prep pricing,  RNAseq and ATACseq

Available as both self-service or full library preparation starting from dissociated tissue/cells.

To run samples on the Chromium X, you need to book a time on FBS. Once booked, you can start with organoids, tissue, or cell cultures and prepare single-cell suspensions. Prepare the sample with the appropriate 10x kit (all kits can be run on the Chromium X at SCRM), and use 10x Chromium X to partition cells and 10x barcoded gel beads into nanoliter Gel Beads-in-Emulsion (GEMs). Each cell is barcoded for whole genome or transcriptome analysis. These libraries can be sequenced on any applicable sequencer, such as the NextSeq 2000. The genomics core can help with planning the sequencing run and data analysis.

ScaleBio single-cell RNAseq Service

Base Run (1-12 Samples): $11,000 per run

Doubled Output Option: Add $4,000 per run. Increases barcoded cells to approximately 200K cells.

The prices include supplies and labor. Sequencing and bioinformatics services are available separately.

BioSkryb's single-cell whole genome and transcriptome amplification

Amplification and sequencing of DNA and RNA from single cells  or nuclei flow-sorted into 96 and 384 plates.

We offer single-cell genomic and transcriptomic services for cancer research, developmental biology, and IVF studies. These services allow for high-resolution analysis of individual cells, for studying tumor heterogeneity, cell differentiation, and genetic screening for IVF embryo assessment.

Available kits include: the WGA Only Kit for whole genome amplification, the ResolveDNA Kit for DNA sequencing-ready libraries, and the ResolveOME Kit for combined DNA+RNA sequencing.

List prices for the kits only (labor and sequencing are not included, please inquire: gcore@health.ucsd.edu ) UCSD prices as of Nov 2024.
