• Andor Dragonfly 200 spinning disc microscope (the scope is usually booked 4 weeks in advance)

• Zeiss LSM780 confocal microscope

• Keyence BZ-X810 nonconfocal microscope with Z-stack option.

• Andor Imaris - software and workstation for advanced microscope image analysis
