External academic is 125% and industry is 150% of UCSD pricing. UCSD pricing is extended to the University of California, Salk Institute for Biological Studies, Sanford-Burnham Prebys, Scripps Research, and La Jolla Institute for Immunology. 

Phasing:

Long-read DNA phasing involves sequencing extended DNA fragments to determine the exact position of genetic variants along a chromosome. This approach helps in distinguishing between the maternal and paternal alleles and understanding the haplotype structure of the genome. Phasing allows to sorting of haplotypes and variants to each of the homologous chromosomes.
